About Leap

Leap Finance is Fintech, helping students and working


professionals in achieving their dream of study abroad. Leap
Finance started as an NBFC providing loan to the students for
studying in USA in 2019.
Later it added Counselling and international entrance test
preparation as a service as major part of its products. In May
2019 LeapFinance acquired Yocket as part of its growth plan in
Counselling and study abroad loan service
About Yocket

Yocket is an online platform that provides information and resources


for students aspiring to study abroad. It offers a range of services and
features to help students throughout their study abroad journey, from
researching universities and programs to connecting with other
students and accessing useful tools.It provides University Search
,application guidance, visa assistance, educational loan assistance
as its major services

Student Consultation-

I engaged in frequent communication with students via phone calls,


actively listening to their requirements and study abroad plans. I
provided detailed information on various loan options available to them
and advised them on selecting the most suitable option based on their
financial circumstances and requirements.

Document Collection-

Once students expressed their interest in a particular loan option, I


guided them through the document collection process. I meticulously
collected all the necessary documents, including proof of identity, income
statements, academic records, and any other supporting documents as
required by the respective banks..

Document Submission-

After ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the collected


documents, I promptly submitted them to the designated banks or
financial institutions for further processing. I meticulously adhered to
the banks' guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient
submission.

I maintained a proactive approach by consistently following up with the


banks to monitor the progress of loan applications. I effectively
communicated with the banks' representatives, seeking updates on the
processing status, addressing any concerns or queries, and ensuring
that the loan sanctioning process was expedited..

As part of my role, I also maintained a comprehensive and organized


system for managing student loan documents. I ensured the
confidentiality and security of sensitive information while managing and
storing physical and digital copies of documents in compliance with
relevant data protection regulations.
