Kharkiv and Ivano-Frankivsk. As of August 2020, the site ranks 7th
among the most visited in Ukraine.

History
In 2008, the first offline store with an area of ​120 square metres was opened. In the summer of the same year, a
second 160 square metres store was opened, but it had to be closed in October due to falling sales.
October 2016 — the company bought the "Terminal Brovary" warehouse complex near Kyiv. The declared cost is $16
million, the area is 48.99 thousand square metres .
January 2017 — the site began selling drugs.
In June 2017, the store reported that it was unable to submit tax returns due to the Petya virus attack.
In November 2017, a hypermarket with an area of ​6,000 square metres was opened in Kyiv.
In December 2021, Vladyslav Chechotkin announced that Rozetka was going to an initial public offering (IPO).

Failure to pay taxes

On April 19, 2012, the Tax Service, as part of an investigation into the amount of tax payments, seized
the servers of the hosting company “Mirohost”, where the Rozetka.ua website was hosted.As a result,
Rozetka.ua switched to the domain rozetka.com.ua and migrated to hosting in Germany. On August 8,
2012, the owner of the company, Vladyslav Chechotkin, reported a violation of tax legislation and
payment of debts and a fine of UAH 5 million.
