The property showcases terrestrial and aquatic


habitats at different elevations, and includes
threatened and endemic flora and fauna species,
eight of which are found only at Mount
Hamiguitan. These include critically endangered
trees, plants, and the iconic Philippine eagle and
Philippine cockatoo.
Mayon Volcano

part of the main island of Luzon, 500 kilometers
south of Manila. Towering at a height of 2,462
meters above sea level, it is known for its
perfectly conical shape whose natural beauty has
inspired a number of legends and art.

Location: Saint Paul Mountain Range on the Western
Coast of the Island of Palawan

This park features a spectacular limestone karst


landscape with an underground river. One of the
river's distinguishing features is that it emerges
directly into the sea, and its lower portion is subject to
tidal influences. The area also represents a significant
habitat for biodiversity conservation. The site
contains a full 'mountain-to-sea' ecosystem and has
some of the most important forests in Asia.
