• All of us have future plans.
• Future plan means something that you want to do next,
tomorrow, next week or next month.
• When we want to talk or write about future plans, we use
“going to”.
NOTE 2 : STRUCTURES

NOTE 3: CONTRACTIONS
• There are short forms for
the “going to”.
• Examples:

• Activity 1 : Read the text on page 40, textbook. Focus on
the “we are going to...” sentences.
• Activity 2 : Reread the notes in this video.
• Activity 3 : Construct sentences using “going to” and “not
going to”. Refer to the given worksheet.
• Activity 4: Practice reading the sentences. Record your
reading and send the voice recording to the teacher.
