Supportive Leadership= Supportive leadership involves building trust, inspiration, and helping colleagues overcome the challenges they encounter. Leaders looking to be more supportive of their teams should try to encourage teamwork, pay attention to members' relationships, and also show commitment.
3. Participative Leadership=Participative leadership is a
unique leadership style, also known as democratic leadership. Participative leaders guide their employees while encouraging them to provide feedback and participate in decision-making. Participative leaders recognize employees' significant role in their organization's success. 4. Achievement-oriented Leadership= Achievement-oriented leadership is a leadership style where the leader encourages employee growth and progress by setting goals that are challenging.
