1. Add all mixture together and mix it.
2. Add water into the mixture till the
mixture feel sticky.
3. Put the mixture into the mould and
use a metal stick to pound it.
Preparation
How to unpack the mold
• Use about 2 days to dry and then unpack it.
Curing method
• We choose the water curing and it takes about 29 days to
incubate.

• Measuring the diameter, length and weighting of each
concrete.

Failure pattern :
Columnar
• It crack from both side of cylinder which straight line from
top to bottom
• The pressure from upwards causes the concrete to expand
sideways, which the ratio of cement on the sides is less than
that of stone, making it easier to break. Causing side cracks
