Human resource management is the process of finding out job requirements and the number of employees needed,
sourcing the right people for the job, training them, management of wages and salaries, handing out benefits and
incentives, conducting performance evaluations, resolving disputes and communicating with all the employees of the
organization.

IN SHORT, HRM is a practice that involves recruiting, hiring, training, and managing an organiZation's employees.
Over the years, the nature of human resource management has evolved from being a function under other areas of
management to holding its position as a key pillar in the overall business strategy.
MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Marketing management works to ensure a company is profitable by gaining new customers, expanding a customer base,
building a company's reputation, and improving customer interactions. Some essential marketing functions of marketing
management include managing, analyzing, and aligning with a company's goals.

Marketing management smoothen the process of exchange of ownership of goods and services from seller to the
buyer. Marketing management, like all other areas of management comprises of the function of planning,
organising, directing coordinating and controlling.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Operations management is a field of business concerned with the administration of business


practices to maximize efficiency within an organization. It involves planning, organizing, and
overseeing the organization's processes to balance revenues and costs and achieve the highest
possible operating profit.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Financial management is the process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the
financial resources of an individual or organization. To reach financial goals, you must decide
how to obtain, distribute, and use money. Financial management is important for both individuals
and organizations.
MATERIAL AND PROCUREMENT
MANAGEMENT

MATERIAL AND Procurement management ensures that all items and services are properly acquired
so that projects and processes can proceed efficiently and successfully. More than a business necessity,
procurement can be leveraged as a competitive advantage when optimized to save money, time and
resources.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Office management involves the planning, design, implementation of work in an organization and
its offices. This includes creating a focused work environment, and guiding and coordinating the
activities of office personnel to achieve business goals.
