OBJECTIVE
The course aims to expose
participants to the origin of
leadership and everyone’s heritage
as a leader. It also teaches time-
tested principles for maximizing
leadership potentials through the
management of the four
components of leadership.
At the end of this course,

We live in a very fast world- media channels are
increasing, communication channels (mobile
phones, emails, social media, etc) are increasing,
more people want to reach us or want to be reached
by us, etc. Generally, several things are striving for
our attention. In fact, several businesses are paying
for our attention. Since attention requires time, we
are in a world in which we constantly feel out of
time, yet we are not doing anything productive.
