ABSTRACT

 This Medical Report abstract will basically outline the requirement and functional aspects
covered in Medical Management.
 It lists out all the essential requirements for the Patient so as to provide expected quality
and output from the application.
 The application is accessible from anywhere for all Doctors or staff of the hospital in
private or at desktops.it will basically lessen the manual work and improves the quality of
maintaining records and other information related to doctors or patients or report etc.
 It reduces time frame in adding any info related to hospital and thereby reduce the
complexity too.
INTRODUCTION

 The main intention of introducing this system is to reduce the manual work at Health center counters. Quicker
processing of receipt would mean better service to the patients. It would also help in the complexity of maintaining
the records manually and thus less time is wasted on rework.

 The system is used to enter the patient details and to enter the details about the health center and the details about
the in-patient and out-patient in detail and about the reports of the patients.

 User can login into the The Hospital Management System using a username and password.

 To develop a Health Center Management system, we take care of patient registration, drug information and concerns
such as drug inquiries and complaints.

 It is accessible either by an administrator or receptionist. Only they can add data into the database.

 Proper maintenance of the drug information timely dispatching of the drugs from the main stores to the pharmacy
and also maintenance of daily dispatching of the drugs to the out patients from the pharmacy to the out patients.

 Improving the efficiency of protocols, to ensure the hospital management
easy to fix the appointment.
 The application is accessible from anywhere for all Doctors or staff of the
hospital in private or at desktops.it will basically lessen the manual work
and improves the quality of maintaining records and other information
related to doctors or patients or report etc.
 It reduces time frame in adding any info related to hospital and thereby

CONCLUSION

 Patient records are the primary repository of data in the information-intensive health care
industry. Although clinical information is increasingly likely to be computerized, the
current, predominant mode for recording patient care data remains the paper record.

 Paper records have the advantages of being familiar to users and portable; when they are
not too large, users can readily browse through them. Paper records, however, have
serious, overriding limitations that frequently frustrate users and perpetuate inefficiencies
in the health care system.

 Further, the impact of these limitations is growing as the health care system becomes
more complex. Modern patient care requirements have outgrown the paper record.
