Writing
Project Report consists of 3 sections:
• Preliminary Section
• Body Section
• Final Section
Preliminary Section consists of: 1.1 Cover Page
1.2 Recommendation Letter:

Guidelines:
1. The report should be prepared by the student individually.
2. Students are strictly advised to use internet based resources to collect information at home.
3. The length of the project shall not be less than 800 words in standard A4 size paper
4. Use headings and sub- headings to highlight important points.
5. Write clearly in simple language. Don't use long sentences and long paragraphs. Be concise.
6. Don’t use confusing terminology, use correct grammar and spellings.
7. Don’t copy other’s works and ideas without proper acknowledgement.
8. Write the conclusion in the present tense.
9. Binding of the report should be done for submission to the school.
10. Students are advised to be more creative in their project work.
11. You have to put real and authentic information provided on internet and provide the source or
references from where you took the data.
12. While using figures and diagrams, you should put the captions too.
