Packing to be done by NSN >TRX will pack in groups of two units with the associated rf cables >Other PIUs will be packed as groups such as all RTC, DVDA etc. the this will be shipped to NSN depot /staging for redeployment > Tagging per pack will be where it came from SITE NO. SITE NAME and DESCRIPTION OF THE PACKAGE such as TRX, RTC, DVDA etc.

Delivery to NSN designated Depot (Paranaque) by NSN

>Delivery to site for Expansion, Delivery c/o AMMD & MERF c/o P&E Access >Delivery from Staging depot to SPM Depot, Delivery c/o AMMD & MERF c/o P&E Access SPM to deliver distribute to small satellite depot

Monitor/Inventory of eqpt. IN & OUT AMMD c/o Sir Landos team (AMMD to visit NSN warehouse at lest 2x a week to check incoming and at the same time release equipment base on access MERF

Staging & Redeployment process for NSN 1. After swap NSN will packed the old NSN equipment based on the TRX, PIUs for recovery list to be provided by P&E Access

NSN will packed the TRXs with the corresponding rf cables in groups of two TRX per package Other PIUs will be packed in groups of PIUs, such as all combiners, all multicouplers, all duplexer etc. Each packaging will have a tag from were it was recovered (SITE NO. SITE NAME = PIU ITEM DESCRIPTION) NSN to deliver the recovered equipment/PIUs to NSN designated staging depot NSN to use the Pull out inventory form (same document in PAT form) as the official documentation to handover to Smart the recovered PIUs

From staging depot; AMMD c/o sir Lando & team to monitor/inventory of incoming and out going recovered equipment/PIUs. AMMD c/o Lando & team to visit NSN warehouse at least twice a week to check inventory of recovered PIUs being delivered and at the same time release PUIs based on the issued MRF of Access MERF Issuance Access P&E to issue MERF to redeploy TRX, PWSB for expansion, release & delivery c/o AMMD Access P&E to issue MERF to transfer other PIUs from staging depot to a single SPM depot, release & delivery c/o AMMD. SPM to secure re-deployment of his spares to his small satellite depot
