- Name of the chief God of the pre-Christian tagalogs came from a Sanskrit term “Bathala” meaning
“Great Lord”

Filipinos from Mindoro sailed to canton to sold their goods to the Chinese and vice versa.

- The early arabs who made the first contact to Philippines were non-muslims.
- The greatest gift of arabia to our people is islam a living religion in Mindanao, with this religion cam a new
from of government – the Sultanate.
