Novo Nordisk Insulin Product Handling Guide

The presentation outlines guidelines for proper handling of Novo Nordisk products to meet customer expectations. Insulin products should be stored between 2-8 degrees Celsius and not exposed to freezing or heat. They must be kept refrigerated unless in use, for no more than 6 weeks. Needles should be removed after each injection to prevent leakage. Products should not directly contact coolant bags during transport and any that are frozen or heated cannot be used. Uniformity and discoloration are signs insulin should not be administered. Following these guidelines ensures customer satisfaction.
