Diageo – Highlights & focus area


Highlights-
• Both Programmatic and Search & Social team had a QA check list review session
• Programmatic team has received a new cost structure model – for which buy type what are the cost that need to be accumulated
• Effective Jan’24, 1 FTE from Social will be moved to Uber Biddable account.
• As per discussion with Yann, we have moved 1 resource from Social to DIT CRS creation task, and retained 3 resourced for DIT-Finance
process

VF/Derma – Highlights & focus area 14

Highlights:
•In North face we have worked on TNF Promo & BAU for winter sale 50% off Ads and made it live with continuous optimization efforts, the ECOM
traditional Campaigns has performed very well during January has achieved the highest weekly ROAS of almost 400%.

•In North face the Winter sale 50% off Ads were super successful this year, we have created lot of new ads and made it live in Jan month those are Promo,
BAU also did the campaign optimization due to this we have received lower CPA of 35% and the conversion rate was good with the highest CTR of Ads.

•The TNF Search has performed very well with a ROAS of 650%, The client was happy on the weekly call as everything performed well during the winter
sale Phase 2 week on SEARCH and SOCIAL platforms.

•In North Face we have worked on Paid Social weekly reports every week in January.

•Completed the setup of TNF WINTER RUN AND TRAIN Video view and traffic/clicks objective campaign.

• Focusing on the completion of the Meta blue certification for buying and Pinterest certification

•Uber and Grupo Bimbo service desk access is being provided as requested by the team

•Tiffany requested to replicate the Grubo Bimbo forms in Uber service desk forms and we are working on that for early completion.

•For Kimberly Clark we have created the master sheet for the audit process to encompass all the market data for the account and
floodlight

•Ross shared the local market audit template to the local markets and we are collecting the data for the audit in the single master
sheet by following up the local markets

• Team didn’t receive more reports for the Singapore Airlines project last month.

Focus areas:
• Keep updating the process docs based on the operational updates

• Team is utilizing the available bandwidth on internal trainings and certifications

• Search -
TAT and quality remains 100%. Both the conversion tracking and Brand Imps share KPI are mapped in the pacing tracker
and updated daily.
Campaign optimization with the new brand KPI that is 75% Brand Imp Share

Focus areas:

• Biddable: Prog: The team is expecting to get trained to Xandr to handle FR campaign execution.

• Search: To remain on top with Italy budget pacing. To ensure that all day-to-day activities are carried out efficiently and
effectively.
