In stylistics, a semantic deviation describes the
ambiguousness of phrases and words used in a
sentence. Therefore, semantic deviation serves as the
heart of literary work because it enables people to
understand the different meanings of contexts used in
certain literature work.
PERSONIFICA
TION
The attribution of a personal nature or human
characteristics to something nonhuman, or the
representation of an abstract quality in human form.

YPERBOLE
Is a rhetorical and literary technique where an author or
speaker intentionally uses exaggeration and overstatement

said.
