What does Culture mean?
• Culture plays a significant role in shaping our
sense of morality and ethical action. It determines
how we perceive and understand moral concerns,
and what is deemed cultural norms and values
frequently determine acceptable or inappropriate
behavior.
• Culture refers to the shared values, beliefs, and
norms of a specific group of people
What does Culture mean?
• Culture is made up of all the different people that work for the
organization, which means that it’s going to differ based on
population and geography. The mix of an organization’s
leadership, values, traditions, beliefs, interactions, behaviours
and attitudes contribute to the emotional and relational
environment of the workplace.
Culture shape moral behavior
• Culture shapes moral behavior by providing social norms that motivate
moral actions1. Culture also gives meaning and coherence to life, and
helps people achieve a sense of integrity, safety, and belonging2.
However, different cultures may have different moral values and norms,
which can lead to conflicts or misunderstandings1. Therefore, studying
morality across cultures requires a balance between universalism and
relativism.

ultimate determinant of values?
Culture should not be the foundation of values
because not all the cultures tell us to do good
deeds and some cultures can be very
subjective and unfair to part of humanity.
Different cultures do change as the time passes by and it cannot
be ultimate determinant of values. In some cases, even those
cultural differences, beliefs, and values can be harmful to
humanity or can cause suffering for those people who practicing
it, we should respect them even if it is against our ideologies.
how does culture shape moral behavior?
Influences the way we learn, live, and behave. Culture
definitely plays a big role regarding with influencing the moral
behavior. Culture has the most factor to influence on what we
consider to be moral or immoral in a human act.
Is there a Filipino understanding of right and wrong?
Filipino understandings are mostly based on religion, culture and
Filipinos keep on using that mindset. The pakikisama culture of
Filipinos, this is perhaps the worst thing in Filipino
understanding,
