SIMPLE PAST
• We use the past simple to talk about holidays and past events.
• To form the past simple of regular verbs, we add –ED or –D to
the infinitive form of the verb.
• With irregular verbs the form changes completely.
• We use the auxiliar DID to form interrogative and negative
for both regular and irregular verbs in the past simple.
