Activity No 1: Plan and Act!
Directions: In a form of 4 groups, Make with a
minimum of 3-minute acting in your chosen genre.
This activity is allotted for 20 minutes, and this will
be graded as follows:

camera placement and
movements, lightings, and other
special techniques.
EDITING
The art of selecting the precise
sections of film then sequencing
and joining them to achieve the
director’s desired visual and
emotional effect.

from Berlin to Rome, for his film

Magnifico, 2003, is about Ikoy who is a gifted boy with a good heart
and spirit that allows him to give joy to hopeless people and
transform their lives for the better.

Awards:
Selected at the Prestigious Cannes
Directors’ Fortnight Section, Cannes Film
Festival, France

Busong (Palawan Fate), 2011 tackles the indigenous Palawan concept of


Busong, which means fate or instant karma. It is social commentary about
what is currently happening in the environment of Palawan.
