Why is this important?

Mental Health
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, psychiatric,
neurologic and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act.
It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and
make choices.

We are all not perfect, we have issues to be resolved. Find the right
people and efficient ways to resolve these issues.

Erase the notion that when you seek mental health services, buang ka
na dayon. All of us need to maintain a healthy mental, psychosocial,
and neurologic state.

There must be an effective synergy between mental and physical

health to manage and utilize external factors to maintain homeostasis
Neurology
a branch of medicine dealing with the diagnosis and treatment of all
categories of conditions and disease involving the brain, the spinal
cord and the peripheral nerves.[1] Neurological practice relies
heavily on the field of neuroscience, the scientific study of the
nervous system.
Psychiatry
Psychiatry is the medical specialty devoted to the diagnosis,
prevention, and treatment of mental disorders. These include
various maladaptations related to mood, behaviour, cognition, and
perceptions.
Psychosocial
The psychosocial approach looks at individuals in the context of the
combined influence that psychological factors and the surrounding
social environment have on their physical and mental wellness and
their ability to function
