Pakistan’s Independence Day
The independence day of Pakistan is celebrated on
14th August every year. Pakistan came into being on
14th August 1947 by the efforts of Quaid-e-Azam,
Allama Iqbal, Sir Syed Ahmed khan, and a lot of
other freedom fighters. Independence day has
significant importance in a country because it
reminds us of the people who fought and sacrificed
their lives, families, and wealth for our
independence. It makes us patriotic and everyone
unites together as nation to celebrate, it spreads
awareness of freedom and reminds us that if we did
not have independence we would be held captive as
slaves. Independence is a blessing that we should
Thank Allah the all mighty for.
Importance of Independence
The importance of Pakistan’s
independence is that we wanted a separate
homeland where we can practice Islam
and live our life according to our religion.
We wanted independence so that we can
have our free will and not be treated as
slaves. We struggled and fought for
independence to save our human and civil
rights. We wanted a separate country to
implement Islamic rule of law, Islamic
Justice system, and Islamic administrative
system. We demanded to have a separate
country to have freedom of speech. We
also wanted independence so that we as a
nation could be respected everywhere.
