 Types: property deviance, sabotage, theft, wasting resources, substance abuse,
etc.
财产违规、破坏、盗窃、浪费资源、滥用药物等。
 Motives: Addressing inequity, thrill, camaraderie
解决不公平、刺激、友情问题
 Harms: Target, organization, actor

 Forms of commitment (affective, normative, continuance)


情感承诺 want to stay
受到员工之间情感纽带的影响。
持续承诺 need to stay
受到工资和福利以及员工融入社区程度的影响。
规范承诺 ought to stay
受到组织投资于员工或参与慈善事业的影响。

 Forms of withdrawal (psychological, physical)


心理:做白日梦、参加社交活动、看起来很忙、月光族和网络闲散人员。
生理:迟到、长时间休息、缺席会议、旷工和辞职。
