TYPES OF
PUNCTUATION
Open punctuation:
No punctuation is used after the lines of the addressee (name
and place), salutation, farewell, company name or parts of the
signature. A period is used only in the paragraphs that form
the body of the letter.
standard punctuation:
Only the colon is used after the salutation and the comma
after the farewell. The end of every paragraph ends with a
semicolon. It is the most used in our environment.

Full punctuation:
Period after the date. Comma after each line of the addressee, with the
exception of the last line, which has a period. Colon after the salutation.
Comma after the farewell. Comma after each line of the signature, except
for the last dotted line.

Block style :
This style is very similar to the extreme block. The difference is that the date
line, the dismissal line, the foreword line and the signature lines are written
starting from the horizontal center of the paper.

semi Block :
It is the most elegant style and one of the most used in Commerce. This style
maintains the same characteristics of the block style and is distinguished
because each paragraph begins with an indentation of five to ten spaces.

full blocked style :

It is the easiest and most comfortable style because all lines are written starting
at the left margin of the paper. With this style you always write single-spaced;
two vertical spaces are left between each paragraph.
