 Proceso productivo en planta
En nuestras cuatro plantas de beneficio, la producción es totalmente limpia, ya que es un proceso físico,
basado en cocimiento y maceración. En todas producimos aceite crudo de palma y, en algunas, aceite
crudo y harina de palmiste.

El proceso de extracción del aceite inicia aflojando la fruta de los racimos de la palma, mediante la
esterilización a vapor. Después se separan las pepas de los racimos. La fruta se envía a los digestores, los
cuales la calientan para convertirla en pulpa. Posteriormente, se prensa la pulpa y se obtiene el aceite, el
cual se clarifica y se convierte en aceite crudo de palma. Para consumo humano se debe refinar.

Todos los residuos son utilizados ya sea para alimento de ganado, para fertilizar plantaciones o como
combustible para la caldera.
