Method
• This study was conducted using the quantitative method
to gather data that could be easily measured, analyzed,
and evaluated.
• A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed to
employees and managers currently participating in CSR
activities at Samsung Vietnam. However, only 85 of
responded were received.

Reflection
• Personal performance:
I have succeeded in scope management, cost management plan, quality management
plan and resource management plan. I also found out that some of issues in CSR
activites adopted by Samsung Vietnam , analyzing the results, and provide
recommendations.
However, I encountered some challenges in quality management and the process of
obtaining responses from survey participants.

• Professional performance:
During the course of this project, I have gained a considerable amount of knowledge,
skills, and experience:
- 4 basic steps of a project plan and 7 factors when conducting a project managment plan.
- how to develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues.
- how to design and implement a survey to gather primary data. I also learned how to use
charts and graphs to analyze the data quickly and accurately.

developed to meet the goal.

of describing what the project intends to
accomplish, defining desired outcomes, and
specifying the specific results to be
achieved.

Conclusions
It becomes evident that enhancing CSR initiatives is
crucial not only for societal impact but also for employee
engagement. By implementing our recommendations,
Samsung Vietnam can not only contribute more
meaningfully to society but also foster a culture of social
responsibility among its employees.
