BELL BOY

of arrival and departure.
● In charge of escorting guests to
their rooms on arrival.
● familiarize guests about safety
features and in-room facilities.
CASHIER
● receiving the payment of the guest.
● opening and maintaining of the guest
folios
● recording all the credit charges in
guest folios
● administering the safe deposit system.
● prepares the bills at the time of check
out of the guest.
DOOR
ATTENDANT
● opens the doors of guests’ vehicles on
their arrival in the hotel portico.
● opens the hotels’ entrance door for
guests .
● coordinating with parking attendants
for parking guests’ vehicles in the hotels’
parking area
● helps the bellboy in lifting the guest’s
luggage.
NIGHT AUDIT
● prepares the night audit report.
● processing reservation, check in,
check out of guests who depart or
arrive after 11:00 PM.
● cashier for banquet function.
RECEPTIONIST
● greeting and welcoming guest as
they arrive
● handling special request
● handling check-in and check- out
● providing information to guest
● assigning rooms
● dispensing guest room keys
CONCIERGE
● care taker of an apartment or a hotel.
● lives in the premises to oversee
people entering and leaving the
premises.
● Receives and handles mail or

TELEPHONE
