What is a box A box and whisker chart is used to measure or
compare scores. For example, you can use this chart
and whisker to show how many points Ronaldo scores over a
certain amount of games.

What is a lower and upper extreme?
A lower and upper extreme are the two numbers at the beginning and
the end of the data set.

Lower extreme: 2

Upper extreme: 43
What is the median?
A lower and upper extreme are the two numbers at the beginning and
the end of the data set. If there are no numbers in the middle you do
this:

1, 4, 76, 78, 105. 4, 6, 45, 66.

Median: 76 Median: 25.5


What is the upper and lower quartile?
The upper and lower quartile are the medians in the lower and the
upper part. The median is a divider for the upper and lower quartile.
For example:
1, 4, 6, 9, 11, 19, 100.

Lower quartile: 4

Upper quartile: 19
4, 6, 10, 66, 67, 102, 111

Upper extreme: 111
