This document outlines lesson plans and activities for teaching students about caring for others. It includes brainstorming what it means to be caring, having students take turns sitting in a "Caring Chair" to provide examples, discussing the importance of caring and ways to demonstrate it. The lesson also involves students working in pairs to share times when they or others showed caring, and concludes with a reflection activity where students describe the most caring thing done for them and how it made them feel.

Kindness—like the “electricity” in this activity—is infectious REFLECTION Describe the most caring thing anyone has ever done for you. How did that make you feel? What effect did that have on you?
