EXAMPLE
Linda has recently joined a new
organization and her colleagues have
limited knowledge about her. As a result,
the amount of unknown and hidden
information about her is greater than what is
known. However, since her co-workers
don't have much information about her, the
blind spot in their perception will be
smaller. This can be better understood by
referring to Figure 1..
Linda used to spend most of her free time
sketching in the office, which was her preferred
hobby. Her co-workers found her shy and hard
to approach. After receiving this feedback, she
decided to become more talkative and interact
more with her colleagues. This helped her to
become more open and approachable, reducing
the unknown and hidden aspects of her
personality. (See Figure 2)

teaching and considering and administering
an understanding how individuals:
