 Preface

 Firstly, let me begin by saying that one can learn almost anything on the internet.
But there are lots of stuff that is utter nonsense and/or intentionally false. There is no
longer any shortage of free information; the shortage is now one of reliability and
authority. But to learn completely on one’s own via the internet, it needs a very
strong will-power and determination. Most persons lack it.
 With the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI), a whole new phenomenon has opened
up. Now the computer itself can generate a diplomatic report on any current subject
utilizing updated data from the internet, thus eliminating the need for an active
human writer altogether.
