Ahensiya ng Pilipinas sa Pagpapatupad ng Batas is an attached agency of the DILG R.A of 1990
Laban sa Bawal na Gamot is the lead anti-drug mandated to direct, supervise and control the
law enforcement agency, responsible for preventing, administration and operation of all district, city and
investigating and combating any dangerous drugs, municipal jails in the Philippines with pronged tasks of
controlled precursors and essential chemicals within safekeeping and development of its inmates, officially
the Philippines. classed as persons deprived of liberty (PDL).
