The L.E.

D
L.E.D also known as Light emitting diode is a type
of semiconductor which lights when electricity
passes through it. A few fun facts regarding L.E.Ds
are : [1]LEDs are the most efficient type of
lightbulb.
Unlike incandescent bulbs, which release 90% of
their energy as heat, LEDs use energy far more
efficiently with little wasted heat. the typical LED
lifespan is at least 35,000 hours or 3.9 Years non
stop!! And this is why- an L.E.D has no working
parts so the parts can not burn/break, Unlike
normal bulbs which emit light by
Burning their filament
The Antenna
An antenna is a metallic structure that captures
and transmits radio electromagnetic waves.
There are 4 kinds of antenna –
1. Wire Antenna
2. Aperture Antenna
3. Reflector Antenna
4. Lense Antenna.
There are 3 main parts of an Antenna which are
the [1] Donor Antenna System [2] the Bi-
Directional Amplifier [3] the Distributed
Antenna System.
Battery
The battery is a device consisting of one or more electrical
cells that convert chemical energy into electrical energy. Basic
parts of a battery are the :
[1] Container
[2] Cathode
[3] Separator
[4] Anode
[5] Electrodes
[6] Electrolyte
[7] Collector.
