PRONOUN
• The subjective pronoun acts as the subject of the sentence. It performs the action of the verb.

• She (use for girl or woman)
• It (use for a place, an animal, or a thing)

• We (other people and me)
• They (many people, places, animal or thing)
SUBJECTIVE PRONOUN
Example:
My students study.

OBJECTIVE PRONOUN
• An objective pronoun acts as the object of a sentence. It receives the action of the verb.
Him (man, male or boy)
Her (woman, female, or girl)
It (refers to singular thing, place or animal)
Me
Them (other people, things or animals)
Us
You
OBJECTIVE PRONOUN
• Examples:
The teacher gave Jerry a warning letter. – The teacher gave him a warning letter.
Jack puts the water in the bucket. – Jack puts the water in it.
OBJECTIVE PRONOUN
• Examples:
Jamie gave the book to me.
The bags belong to Marta and James. – The bags belong to them.
