Level III
I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson the learners will be able to:
Compares objects/things by their shape and size.
II. SUBJECT MATTER
Comparing objects by their shape and size.
Thematic Teaching: Communication skills and social skills.
Materials: Concrete objects like ball, dice, box, bond paper and semi-concrete
like pictures and worksheets.
Values: smartness and memorization
Reference: Modified Learning Competencies for CAR-Learning with Special

Last meeting you learned the poem entitled The little Turtle ma’am
“The Little Turtle” Pupils will recite the little turtle.

The teacher will tell a story. The pupils will listen to the story.

The students will bring out their pencil and answer the worksheets.
a. Encircle the objects that are big, tall, and long and put a box on the objects that
are small and short. Color the objects that are:
Circle- orange color
Square –brown color
Rectangle –red color
Triangle –green color
Oblong – white color
V. ASSIGNMENT
Draw and color objects showing different shapes and sizes. Draw at least 3 objects.
