A Detailed Lesson Plan in English for Learners with Special Educational Needs –
Level III
I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson the learners will be able to:
Compares objects/things by their shape and size.
II. SUBJECT MATTER
Comparing objects by their shape and size.
Thematic Teaching: Communication skills and social skills.
Materials: Concrete objects like ball, dice, box, bond paper and semi-concrete
like pictures and worksheets.
Values: smartness and memorization
Reference: Modified Learning Competencies for CAR-Learning with Special
