WM CREDIT 4.1 : REDUCTION IN EFFLUENT AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL

OUR PROCESS DOES NOT PRODUCE ANY EFFLUENT

 Our process water is

recycled.
 Chemical dosing
done at regular
interval of time to
maintain the of Ph
level of these water.
 De scaling also of
our machine at
regular interval of
time.

WM CREDIT 4.1 : REDUCTION IN EFFLUENT AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Reduction in Effluent Discharge

PUMP 1 PUMP 2

Vacuum Pump at Co-Extrusion 1 Machine

1. We have modified SOP of extrusion process. Now we are using single vacuum pump
in case of thin (0.8 to 1.4mm)sheets. Two Vacuum pumps are used only in case of
thick Sheet (1.50-5.0 mm).

2. During the processing of thin sheet on both Co-Extrusion machines reduction in

effluent discharge of 2000Ltr./24hrs.
29
WM CREDIT 4.2 : ON SITE WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Disposal of Effluent Discharge and ETP Facility

ETP facility at our plant

1. We have installed ETP to treat water discharged from the vacuum pump of Co-
Extrusion machines..
2. After chemical dosing treated water is reused in process which also saves water 4000
liter/day.
3. Zero effluent discharged outside from our plant area.
4. ETP Sludge sold to authorized dealers. 30

Disposal of Sewage
1. We have connected our sewage tank pipe with the common
pipe line of Greater Noida authority sewage pipe line.

2. According to Greater Noida Authority we have not required to

install separate STP in our company premises.

3. We also purchase STP water for the use of gardening and

process.
