1. Using commercially available household bleacha at 5% active chlorine, dilute 1 part of
-DOH Dept Memo No. 2020-0157 bleach to 9 parts of clean water; or
2. Using chlorine powder/granules/tablets at 60%-70% active chlorine, dissolve 1 tbsp of
chlorine (1o grams) to 2 liters of clean water. Mix thoroughly using a stick.
