1. Dependent variables-key factors that want to explain or predict and that are affected by some other
factors.
A. Productivity-effectiveness and efficiency/ROI/service sector –customer delight
Eg. Sears increase 5% employee attitude->1.3% customer satisfaction->0.5% improvement in revenue
growth. Further Training enhances 4% customer satisfaction.
B. Absenteeism – pros and cons
Eg. Production /assembly line.
C. Employee turnover-Pros and cons
Eg. Trained and experienced hands leave/remove poor performers.
