健康 (HEALTH)

• 「健康」是什麼？
健康 (HEALTH)

• WHO 定義：

健康不僅是沒有疾病或虛弱，而是身體、精神與社會福祉之完整狀態

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely
the absence of disease or infirmity.
健康 (HEALTH)
• Illness-wellness continuum
(Travis, 1975)
• 預防疾病，追求完整

失能 症狀 癥兆 覺察 教育 成長
ILLNESS disability symptoms signs awareness education growth WELLNESS

疾病 中界點 高水準健康
早衰或死亡 沒有明顯疾病或健康 完整狀態，具生命熱情
運動 (SPORT & EXERCISE)

 Sport
競技運動： Physical activity in which people compete against
each other, and that has rules.

 Exercise 健身運動： Physical activity that you do regularly in order to stay

strong and healthy.

• 體育 physical education
• 人類 ( 體 ) 動作學 kinesiology
體適能 (PHYSICAL FITNESS)

• 身體適應環境、生活、與表現運動或工作的能力
• 體能 ?
• 「健康體適能」 - 跟健康有關
• 身體組成 (body composition) -> 身體質量指數 (BMI)
• 肌力 (muscular strength) -> 立定跳遠
• 肌耐力 (muscular endurance) -> 1 min 仰臥起坐
肌肉適能
• 柔軟度 (flexibility) -> 坐姿體前彎
• 心肺適能 (cardiorespiratory fitness) -> 800/1600 m ；登階
