ABSTRACT
• The main concept of the proposed system is
nut fitting & removing without human help for
driving. The heart of the project is motor.. The
components used here for efficient function of
individual blocks are Motor, Nut fitting
arrangement (spanner) and spur gear
arrangement
INTRODUCTION
• Torque wrench, or spanners are widely used tool to remove the nuts from the
bolts. Torque wrench helps in setting the required torque. Nut remover is the
most widely used in the field of vehicle. Removing a wheel and the need to
replace it with a wrench or other. Remove the nuts from the wheel wrench to
tighten the bolts can be used. On this page you can find a nut, but only one at a
time. Emergency puncture the tires of the ambulance, it will be a timeconsuming
removal of nuts. In those cases, it will be more useful in multi-player remover.

•The main objective of this project is to automize the labour
time consuming for fixing all four nuts of the four wheel tyre
in a single stroke.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
• The project has to give the positive & negative
potential to the motor. If we push the corresponding
switch for forward rotation, it helps to fix the nut, or
else if we push the corresponding switch for reverse
rotation, the given polarity will be changed oppositely
and it helps to remove the nut. The motor can
be operated according to the operator’s requirement.
The electric power can be given by the battery. The
operator should lift the model and place at the
appropriate place to tighten or remove the nut
