From Western Philippine University bound to the laboratory (Fitness factor). Together with our instructor we
are task to attend an orientation regarding to the things we have to put first before engaging to our specific
daily workout .

Before everything, We are task to attend an


orientation that has been led by Coach Jerry, The
orientation purpose is to let us know the use of
the equipments, the name of the equipments,
exercises using different equipments
And the specific target spot of the muscle that the
exercise are for.

The ambiance of the Fitness factor is giving a friendly work out place vibe,
10 over 10 for the arrangements of equipments.

Since my goal is to lift an equipments, I was very interested and into the equipments
which I was not disappointed because of the quality of the weight lifting equipments
Reflection

As for the camaraderie and cooperation, My fellow classmates and I


are very active in participating to the sais orientation and we are
looking forward for the results and for the experience .
Self reflection

As for the self reflection, I realized that I love to do things like this
and I'm just so excited that I was able to do things I love and at the
same time I learn.
