NARRATIVE REPORT
I learned such lessons during activities with my classmates. First of all, I learned
that exercise is not just a simple word for us to choose to do physical activities but it
requires discipline, motivation, and hard work to actually achieve the desired results.
Self-discipline can contribute to improving the quality of our actions. Yes, we are all
guilty of getting distracted by daily events. Sometimes we skip an exercise due to an
emergency or unforeseen situation or we are simply lethargic some days and thus we
engage in physical activities.
However, in most situations, the cause is poor time management and motivation.
But one thing we can do is plan ahead and schedule physical activity. We should try to
consider exercise as one of our essential appointments. I also understand that we need
motivation to be able to give our best. Being motivated is necessary to stay on track.
This is why it also plays an important role when exercising. I've had occasions to debate
whether I should exercise or go back to sleep and honestly, some days it's hard to stay
on track, so we need to develop some motivation. This not only helps us achieve our
intended workout but also our performance. When you are motivated, you will stay
motivated and stick to your goals.
From what I have observed during our sessions, exercise can benefit an
individual. I was able to see and experience it for myself when we did a physical activity
as outlined in our work plan. This will not only strengthen us physically but also
emotionally and spiritually. The benefits are seen in the changes that have occurred for
me as well as my classmates. We feel stronger than before and look forward to
continuing this momentum as it will also be an advantage for us.
Physical Exercise is an important factor in determining health. This is important
for maintaining energy balance and weight control. The following activities allow me to
improve my balance as well as my agility and endurance. Health is really important in
every aspect because the body itself needs strength to carry out our daily tasks. So, let
us encourage ourselves to participate in such activities. Let's also remember to take
care of our health, because we are the ones responsible if anything happens to us,
especially in this time of crisis.
This narrative simply reminded me that I need to apply this activity to be able to
maintain my body posture and of course apply good force, balance, and quick reactions
of any abilities involved in this activity. I am also excited to identify other activities
related to this topic.
