PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND PERSONAL HEALTH

QUESTION SET 1

1. What is physical activity?

 Physical exercise encompasses all forms of movement, whether it is done for fun, to
go to and from locations, or as part of one's job. Physical activity, both moderate and
intense, is beneficial to one's health.
2. What is health?
 Health is "a condition of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not just the
absence of sickness" The term "physical" refers to the human body. Mental health is
concerned with how individuals think and feel. The term "social" refers to how
individuals interact with one another.
3. How does physical activity help you stay healthy?
 Regular physical exercise can help you strengthen your muscles and increase your
stamina. Exercise helps your cardiovascular system operate more efficiently by
delivering oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. You'll have more energy to handle
everyday activities as your heart and lung health improves.

QUESTON SET 2

1. What are 3 physical activities that you really enjoy?

 I enjoy dancing, walking, and riding a bike
2. What do you need in order to participate on those activities?
 I need the materials that I need to use and to have a place where I can really enjoy
what I’m doing and of course I need a motivation.
3. What could you say to a friend or family member to encourage them to be physically active
with you?
 Being a role model and starting with myself would be a fantastic way to promote and
encourage my friends and family members to exercise and begin a program that would
help them live longer and healthier lives. Also, to tell them the benefits of exercising.
QUESTION SET 3

1. What is wellness?
 Wellness is the process of incorporating good behaviors into one's daily routine in
order to achieve improved physical and mental health results, rather than merely
surviving. Every one of them has an effect on your bodily and emotional well-being.
2. How is wellness different from health?
 In terms of the distinction between health and wellbeing, health is a state of being,
whereas wellness is a condition of leading a healthy lifestyle. Wellness strives to
improve well-being by referring to physical, mental, and social well-being. It can have
a negative impact on one's physical, emotional, and social well-being.
3. How is it the same?
 As can be seen, health and wellbeing are not synonymous, although they are closely
linked and are thus used interchangeably, i.e., one is frequently substituted for the
other. We believe that we are either sick or well, thus we refer to wellness as being
healthy. Wellness, on the other hand, is the pursuit of good health.

SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH

QUESTION SET 1

1. What does trustworthy mean?

 Trustworthiness is defined as the ability to inspire trust and the ability to be
dependable. It's also known as being dependable, responsible, safe, secure, and
consistent. We were created to be in relationships with others, and being able to
trust one another allows us to accomplish more as a team.
2. How can you show your classmates and teachers that you are trustworthy?
 I can demonstrate my trustworthiness to my classmates and instructors by interacting
with them and demonstrating that I am a responsible and reliable person.
3. How is respecting personal space related to being trustworthy?
 Respecting personal space, in my opinion, is linked to being trustworthy since they
can see what you need and can help you with it. They're attentive, and they'll go out
of their way to make you feel at ease so you can trust them.
QUESTION SET 2

1. What is enthusiasm?
 Enthusiasm is a strong excitement for anything: a strong sensation of active interest
in something you like or like. Something that causes a strong feeling of excitement
and active interest; a hobby that someone enjoys.
2. What does enthusiasm look like?
 An enthusiastic person is someone who has been positively seized by the spirit of God
in an exceptional way. Passion is the result of enthusiasm. It's the excitement and
trepidation you get when you dare to be yourself! Enthusiasm is a wave that rises from
the spirit and carries you forward.
3. Who is enthusiastic among the people you know? Why are they like that?
 A classmate of mine before, she is always very enthusiastic. She’s excited in
everything she does but she never really tells me why. I think that is just how she is,
always positive and happy.
QUESTION SET 3

1. What is encouragement?
 Giving someone support, confidence, or optimism is what encouragement is all about.
2. Can you make a list of encouraging things that you can say to a friend?
 Always be self-assured and indifferent with how others see you. Allow people to judge
you for who you are; they can only do so. Always have a good attitude and never give
up. Cry when you know it's going to be difficult, but always get back up and convince
yourself that you can do it. When others try to pull you down, fight back because if you
remain silent and never strike back, you will provide them with satisfaction. The
satisfaction in ruining your life. That is life; others will criticize you, they will try
everything they can to knock you down, and issues will arise; but, you must never give
up. Live your life the way you want to, you are the main character of your life, of your
own story so be it don’t give a single ounce of care to those people. They are just
jealous that your life is better than there. Live your life as you wish; you are the
protagonist of your own narrative, therefore don't give a flying fig about others. They're
merely envious of how much better your life is than theirs.
3. How is encouragement related to a person’s enthusiasm?
 Encouragement has the power to make individuals joyful and confident. Isn't it the
definition of enthusiasm: a strong desire to be happy? And when someone encourages
you, you are filled with hope and joy, which is why encouragement is linked to a
person's excitement.

Lack of self-motivation Yes, sometimes it’s the lack of motivation and

our laziness to do it.

Non-enjoyment, boredom of exercise Of course, some people might think that

exercise is fun especially for those people who
like it but it’s not the same for all, some people

motivation.

Lack of encouragement, support, or This too, since everyone has their own dislikes
companionship from family and friends and like, even though you like to exercise
sometimes people will not like it. They would
just tell you to stop doing it rather than
