1. Get your weight and height, then compute your Body Mass Index (BMI).
 Weight = 65 kg. Height =151 cm

2. Answer the following questions briefly.


a. What are your insights on Physical Education?
 Physical Education for me, is the competency of an individual
paired with knowledge and abilities to perform a certain task
actively either individually or by team.

b. In the 5 dimensions of wellness, which of these dimensions is your


strength? And which is your weakness? Sight situations that can justify
your answer.
 I consider the Social dimension of wellness as my strength,
while Emotional dimension of wellness is my weakness. I have
many friends and acquaintances which makes me a sociable
individual. Having these friends are quite advantageous
because you have someone to rely on in times of difficulties. I
am an emotional individual. I can easily feel anger and
frustrations at small things paired with stress and insomnia
sometimes which makes my body unhealthy.

c. As a student, what do you think is the most important role of Physical


Education in your academic life?
 As a student, physical education helps us to be a competent
individual and raise our confidence to take part in any physical
activities in school. It helps us to improve our whole body to
become a physically active individual.
