What have you learned in Physical Education?

I learned that formal physical education was originally practiced as a part of military training
in the past. The children received training to master fundamental military abilities, such as
battle strategies, at that time. Physical, social, emotional, and mental development are the  four
objectives of physical education. The objective of physical development is to achieve and
maintain a high degree of physical fitness and great health. Possibilities for the acquisition
and practice of good attributes are provided through social development. The opportunity to
develop expression and the emotional characteristics necessary for emotional mastery is
provided by emotional development. Lastly, mental development expands the mental
faculties, learning how to enhance actions, and developing capacity for analysis and
judgment.

How does Physical Education contribute to you as a person?

My discipline and judgment are both improved by physical education. It develops m My


responsibility for fitness and health.  It improves my capacity for leadership, teamwork,
challenging decisions, and claiming control of my own actions. My ability to manage stress is
also strengthened by physical education.  Exercise gives me a way to let out tension and worry
while boosting emotional stability and resilience. Whenever I'm stressed, I occasionally play
sports with my friends, and it really helps me to let all of my frustration out.  It also increased my
sense of self-worth and confidence. It contributes to a greater sense of self-worth in mastery of
physical exercise skills and concepts. It assists me in developing greater self-assurance,
assertiveness, independence, and control.

Did Physical Education help you in your daily lives?

Yes, physical education benefits me in my daily life by strengthening my interactions with my


peers. It is a powerful method that helps me to develop positive interpersonal skills and socialize
with others. Me and my friends get the chance to bond over shared experiences and get to know
one another better by playing sports together. Sports experiences can improve friendships. I
become more likely to engage in healthful activities outside of school as a result of improved
motor skills, increased muscle strength, and increased bone density. Additionally, it helps me
comprehend how wonderful exercising may make me feel and enlightens me on its advantages.
Physical activity can strengthen our bones and muscles, help us control our weight, increase our
capacity to carry out daily tasks, and improve our cognitive health.
