INTRODUCTION

Pollution, it is a word that is often heard in todays generation. It is one of the issues that our
country is facing. Pollution is a harmful material into our environment. It damages the quality
of air, water, and land, leading to adverse effects to our Ecosystem and the well-being of
human. Human driven Environmental degradation continues to be a major problem around
the world.
BODY

Pollution is the presence of any substance in air, water, soil, or food which threatens the
health of human, animal and plant life. Pollution often results from pollutants like
Carbon monoxide, but can also arise from street lights or the noise from traffic. Pollution
sources are split into point sources and Nonpoint source pollution Through the generation of
electricity, production of industrial goods and the transportation of people and these goods,
the most prominent and harmful forms of pollution arise air, water and soil pollution.
Pollution mitigation is an important part of all Sustainable Development Goals and efforts are
being made to limit the release of harmful substances into the environment through air
pollution control, wastewater treatment, solid-waste management, Hazardous waste
management, and recycling.
Conclusion

Pollution is a serious issue that affects the health and well-being of humans and the
environment. It is caused by various human activities and can have severe effects on air,
water, and soil. To address the issue of pollution, it is important to act at both the individual
and Social class. By working together, we can reduce pollution and create a healthier and
more sustainable world
