Description
It is an electronic medical record and health
information system that supports the function of
primary care facilities including Rural Health Units
(RHUs), Health Centers (HCs) and Barangay Health
Station (BHS).

It aims to automate service delivery processes to

efficiently and effectively monitor patient care in the
health facility.
Description

Its also serves as the reference model for Electronic

Medical Record systems in support of the Department
of Health’s (DOH) National Health Data Reporting,
PhilHealth’s Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama (e-Konsulta)
and other eHealth initiatives.
