 Balaji hydraulics company is in Angol industrial Estate, Udyambag, Belgaum,

Karnataka.

 Known for manufacturer & supplier of hydraulic pumps and valves since
2015.

The total man power of the company 15 nos.

 The products are delivered to Pune, Mumbai, Delhi etc.

.It also repairs the used pumps which were produced by other hydraulic company
like Polyhydron.

 Activities performed in the Industry

 I gained insights into various departments during my time, allowing me to

understand production processes.

In the production department, I observed the processes involved in CNC and
VMC machines.

 I worked in the assembly department to assemble the cylinders and pumps.

 Worked on Grinding machine to grind the surface of the workpeice.

 Learned about G code and M code used in CNC for programming.

 During inspection I installed the assembled pumps to the motor.

Learned about different tools used in the VMC machine.

 Scope of Internship and Limitations

Internship at Balaji hydraulics VMC unit significantly intensified my

enthusiasm and passion for my field of study.
It increased my understanding of the potential opportunities and possibilities
that lie ahead in the field of mechanical engineering.
Participating in training for indoor substations enabled me to bridge the gap
between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
I was fortunate to receive personal guidance from experienced professionals
who generously shared their expertise, providing in-depth explanations about the
functioning of different equipment.
I believe that without this opportunity, my comprehension of the subject would
have been insufficient, and my drive to acquire further knowledge would have
been left unfulfilled.
As for future prospects, I feel that my internship has provided me with the
motivation and exposure necessary to explore new opportunities and possibilities
in the field.

In conclusion, my internship experience in this sector has been a

valuable and enriching journey. It not only deepened my understanding
of the subject but also allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to
real-world scenarios. Working alongside experienced professionals
provided me with invaluable insights and guidance, fostering my
passion for the field.
