A farmer Exhibition on farmers empowerment theme ( TITLE - KRUSHI SASHAKTIKARANA MELA -
2023 ) was organised at Pathapur village.

The main objective was -

Demonstration of usefulness of liquid nano

In this exhibition our model was based on nano


urea, specially usefulness of liquid nano urea
over granular nano urea in fields.

STRUCTURE OF THE IND
USTRY:

The industry has divided into 3 units out which I worked in unit 2.
Unit 2 is generally divided into 5 parts namely;

• Procurement area and Loading Area

• Offices of Administration, HR and Logistics in ground floor.

• FLOOR 1 : Storage of raw inputs like powder sugar, milk and Ghee
Processing

• FLOOR 2 : Processing and milk production units .

• FLOOR 3 : Quality testing, Lab Testing and Standardization.


Procurement

1.Daily around 7 to 10 milk tankers in total comes in between 2 shifts at


unit 2 from chilling centres of Pragati respectively.
2. The milk tankers capacity ranges from 10,000 L to 40,000 L.
3.Before the chilled milk is unloaded from the tanker and stored into the
silos it is tested in the lab, which takes almost 30 min each. If the result is
satisfactory then the milk is stored in silos.
4. Then the tankers are washed properly and sent back respectively.
5. Daily Procurement of RAW Milk amounts to 2,20,000 L.

helpful for me as I gained lots of knowledge
regarding Milk Products and its Processing. I got to
know about the marketing strategy and process
regarding its production very well by the honourable GM
of the industry. Overall it was a great experience
working with the skilled staffs and gaining knowledge.
