How to use this template

This template is fully editable and customisable. Every colour, image and word can be changed to suit your club.

Colour and Images

We have included some professional football photography however, replace these with your clubs own images for a more personal feel.
To replace an image right click and select replace, the image will insert automatically into the designated placeholder.
To edit colours of a shape, select the shape and choose the fill option from the edit bar to choose your new colour.

Editing
Delete any slides you are not using.
Add the details that are relevant to your club on each slide.
Replace the Gift of kit logo with your club crest.

When you have finished

When you have finished your proposal and you are ready to send it to potential sponsors click file>save as (or export)>save as PDF
PDF is the best format for emailing the proposal.
Ensure you save the presentation as a pptx file on your desktop or cloud so you can easily edit in the future. This file will also work in Google Slides for easy collaboration between
club colleagues.
