• Parcels delivered that are to
heavy/awkward to manually handle
• Heavy objects stored up high
• Blocked / locked fire escapes or exits
• Trailing leads across walkways
• Loose wires on a power lead / damaged
cable on a power lead
 Unsafe Condition
• Damaged ladders
• Poor workstation set up e.g. chair, monitor
height, keyboard
• Poor lighting
• Tires that are badly worn
• Under or over inflated tires.
 Unsafe Condition
• No screen wash in the washer bottle
• Low oil level / coolant level / brake fluid in
a car
• Dirty lights / windows on car
• Un-bonded oil drums
• No Evacuation procedure / Fire escape

• Shoe laces being undone

• Loose magnetic door block
• Wet floor
• Poor housekeeping / untidy sites
• Uneven ground conditions
