1. Purpose
The notion is a workspace management tool where we can manage all-day
activity on a single Portal, Notion is a single space where you can think, write,
and plan. Notion helps users schedule tasks, manage files, save documents, set
reminders, keep agendas, and organize their work. Notion by nature has a
customized workflow management solution and it allows API integration with
other tools like Jira, Google Drive, and Slack for smooth liquidation.

5. Backup
• Yes, you can have a data backup option in Notion. You
can export all your workspaces to store them on your
end.

• To export all your Workspace content, you can go to


"Settings & Members" in the left-hand sidebar, then
"Settings," then "Export All Workspace Content."
• We’ll email you a link to download a zip file of all your
pages in Markdown, and databases as CSV, and will
include any files you've uploaded.
• You can only export as PDF if you're on an Enterprise
Plan.
